I offer Micro-needling Facials for facial skin rejuvenation.
So, what is it?
Micro-needling is the application of tiny sterile needles to create micro-channels within the epidermis and superficial dermis of the skin.
How does it work?
The slight puncturing stimulates the body’s natural wound-healing response, encouraging collagen and elastin production in the local area.
What does that do?!
Results may include improved; skin texture, tone, scarring and overall skin quality.
The overarching aim is stimulation – this is an ‘active facial’
The treatment lasts one hour and includes deep cleansing and exfoliation that aids facial lymphatic drainage. The preparation is really important to ensure the skin is ready for the micro-needling. Following the micro-needling a face mask is applied and moisturiser to aid recovery. You’ll leave the session with a rosy flushed complexion and some important home care instructions to follow.
Treatments are 4-6 weekly.
